Q. What is GoGetters?

A. "GoGetters" are a on demand delivery service that can collect from almost anywhere for the customer within the hour, this includes shops and restaurants like Tesco, Subway & King Du e.g

 

Q. How does "GoGetters" work?

A. You simply enter your postcode, the website will show you what stores & restaurants are availble in your area (If there is none dont worry! You can fill out a request form for us to come to your chosen town or city)

-Once the postcode is in, you can select the store or restaurant you'd like us to collect from.

-The majority of the locations ons we collect from will have the full menu of their products shown, which you can simply add to the basket & pay at checkout.

-Once you've chosen the products you'd like, click checkout, enter the delivery address (Please double check the address is correct because once ordered it may become tricky to change) 

- We only accept card payments to speed up the process!

- Once ordered this gets sent to an available driver (If the order is on placed for a while, please dont worry we will have the order, this just means we are a little busy at that given time, keep an eye on your live tracker for a better update) if it is a restaurant we are partnered with it gets sent straight to their kitchen also in which they will start preparing straight away!

- Restaurants we are not partnered with, the driver has to queue as a normal customer & order there and then, these sometimes take slightly longer due to the driver queing but it wont have a huge impact on the delivery time.

- If you choose to do custom pickup from stores such as Tesco, Asda etc. the driver has to go round that store & collect the items requested, the items are not prepacked when the driver gets there (Unless it is a click & collect in which the items would be ready!)

 

Q. How is the food delivered to me?

A. Food is collected from a restaurant by a driver and is kept in one of our branded heatbags till it is delivered to you, this keeps the food as hot as possible during transit!

 

Q. What are your opening times?

A. Our opening times are -

        Monday - Thursday

  • 8:00am - 11:00am
  • 12:00 midday - 15:00pm
  • 18:00pm - 22:00pm

      Friday

  • 8:00am - 11:00am
  • 12:00 midday - 15:00pm
  • 18:00pm - 02:00am

      Saturday

  • 8am - 11:00am
  • 12:00 midday - 02:00am

Sunday

9am - 10pm

(Last orders are 20-30 minutes before closure)

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept? 

A. We only accept card payments at GoGetters

 

Q. Do I have to tip?

A. No, tipping is optional.

 

 

Q. Is there a minimum order value?

A. Yes there is a minimum of £10 spend.

 

Q. How do I redeem a promo code?

A. You can redeem a promo code at the last stadge of the checkout section (The part where you choose the payment method) You will see a box that states (Promo code) Simply enter your code & click redeem, & the value will be taken off your bill!

 

 

Q. Can I pre order before you are open?

A. Yes our site is open between closing times to be able to pre order for when we open, (Skip the queue!)

 

Q. Can I pre order when your open for a set time?

A. Of course, when ordering simply write a clear note of the time you would like the order to be delivered at. 

 

 

Q. Can I order and collect myself?

A. Unfortunately that is not a service we provide as of yet.

 

Q. How is the food packaged?

A. The food is packaged differently from each store as they use their own packaging.

 

 Q. What if there is a problem with my order (item missing etc)?

A. Everyone at GoGetters puts 100% effort into making sure your experience with us is enjoyable & quick, but we do understand sometimes things go wrong, if this happens we ask that you contact us straight away via our Facebook https://www.facebook.com/GoGettersHQ/ or our contact page https://gogetters.co.uk/contact-us on our website where a member of our team will get in contact with you as quickly as possible to assist in fixing the issue. 

 

Q. What if my order still isn’t here & its past the wait time?

A. Please check the your live tracker to see if the order has been dispatched before reaching out. If the order still has not been despatched please get in contact with us via our Facebook https://www.facebook.com/GoGettersHQ/ or our contact us page https://gogetters.co.uk/contact-us for a update on where the order is. Delays happen from time to time due to traffic, restaurants being busy or when we are experiencing high amounts of orders. 

 Q. What if I have allergies?

A. Please put this down clearly in the notes on your order so the kitchens can see this once it is sent through. We will also take extra care by calling the restaurant aswell & stating the allergies.

Q. What if i want to cancel my order?

A. As long as the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, you're able to cancel your order. You can cancel this by getting in touch with us via https://www.facebook.com/GoGettersHQ/ or https://gogetters.co.uk/contact-uIf the restaurant has already started preparing your order unfortunately we cannot cancel the order for you.

 

 

Q. When will you be delivering in my area?

A. We are always looking to expand to new areas so keep an eye out for our logo in your town or city, sooner than you think!

A. Yes! Available to download from the App Store and Google Play Store.

 Q. How do I know you have recieved my order?

A. You will receive an order confirmation email &  also you will have a live tracker you can view in your account area.

 

CUSTOM PICKUP FAQ

 

 Q. What is a custom pickup?

A. A custom pickup is a feature of our website in which you can request a driver to collect something that may not be on our website or even items from a store such as Tesco. Just because it isn’t on our website dose not mean we cannot get it!:)

 

 Q. How do I put through a custom pickup?

A. There are tabs shown on our website if you click the custom pickup it will ask you to fill in the gaps of the items you would like. It also asks what store & the location you'd like it delivered to.

Q. How do I know the price for my custom pickup?

A. Because we do not know the prices of the items straight away, there wont be a price upon ordering. Once the driver has collected and paid for the items he will input the price in their driver area & the site will automatically add your delivery charge to the total, this will then be visible for you to see once the driver has dispatched.

 

 Q. Can I pay by card for my custom pickup?

A. You sure can! Once the driver has inputted the price it will come up with the option to pay by card.

 

 Q. Can I still view the tracker for a custom pickup?

A. Yes the tracker is still available to see!
